These Terms & Conditions govern access to www.noohsay.com and purchases from LEUMA ARTS AND LIVING PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as NOOHSAY. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

2. Accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login details confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials, colour, pack quantity and care. Minor variation may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, filling distribution, vacuum packing, dye batches, lighting and screen settings. Product images are illustrative and should be read with the written specifications.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, COD fees and other charges are displayed before order confirmation. Promotions, coupons, bundles, gifts and membership benefits are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, stock, usage limits and exclusions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where the item is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a genuine error, payment or verification fails, delivery is not serviceable, fraud is suspected or the order breaches purchase limits or law. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the approved refund process.

6. Payment and COD

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed by authorised providers. Cash on delivery is available only for eligible orders when shown at checkout. Additional verification may be required to protect customers and prevent misuse.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellations

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, services or law. The latest version will be posted with its effective date. Terms applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
