Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on www.noohsay.com. Orders placed through Amazon, Flipkart or another marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's delivery terms.

1. Delivery serviceability

Delivery availability is confirmed using the delivery PIN code at checkout and may vary by product, pack size and courier coverage.

2. Order processing and delivery estimates

Available processing and estimated delivery information is shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during peak periods may take longer. Delivery estimates can also be affected by weather, transport disruption, local restrictions, peak demand or events outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges and any available free-delivery benefit are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only when shown as an option at checkout. Eligibility may vary by delivery PIN code, product and order value. Any applicable COD fee is displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Tracking your order

Tracking details are shared after dispatch using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking may take several hours to update after courier handover.

6. Address changes

Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the courier, rerouting may not be possible.

7. Delays, failed delivery and return to origin

The courier may contact you before delivery. If delivery fails because the address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, the order is refused or required verification is not completed, the parcel may be returned to us. Any re-dispatch charges or refund adjustments will be communicated after the returned parcel is reviewed.

8. Damaged or missing parcels

If the outer parcel appears damaged or an item is missing, retain the packaging, record clear photographs or an unboxing video where possible, and contact us promptly. We will review the order and guide you through the appropriate resolution.
