We aim to make checkout clear, secure and straightforward.

Online payment methods

The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by authorised payment providers. NOOHSAY does not generally store your complete card or bank-account credentials.

Product prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, COD fees and other charges are displayed before you confirm the order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only when shown as a payment option at checkout. Availability may vary by delivery PIN code, product, pack size and order value. Any applicable COD fee is displayed before the order is placed.

We may request order or contact verification before dispatch. COD may be unavailable where verification cannot be completed or following repeated refused or failed deliveries, where permitted.

Payment confirmation

An order acknowledgement is sent after checkout. A payment or order may remain subject to confirmation, fraud-prevention checks, stock availability and delivery serviceability.

Payment failures

If an amount appears to be debited but the order is not confirmed, please check with your bank or payment provider and email info@noohsay.com with the transaction reference. Avoid sharing complete card details, passwords or one-time passwords.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are normally initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. For COD orders, the approved refund method and required details will be communicated securely.
