How do I choose the correct size?
Check the exact dimensions shown in the product title, specification table and images. Measure the cover, pillowcase, wall or intended space before ordering. For cushion fillers, compare the outer pad dimensions with the suitable cover guidance stated on that product page rather than relying only on a generic size name.
What is included in the pack?
The pack quantity and included components are stated in the product title, selected variant, images and specification section. Please confirm the selected pack before checkout.
Why may the colour look slightly different?
Lighting, photography, screen settings and production batches can affect how colours appear. We aim to present colours accurately, but minor variation may occur.
Cushion pads and pillows
Why does my cushion or pillow look flat after opening?
Many filled products are vacuum packed for transport. Carefully remove the packaging without cutting the fabric, shake and plump the product from all sides, redistribute the filling gently and allow up to 24 hours for recovery. Repeat the process if needed.
How should I care for filled products?
Always follow the sewn-in care label and the product-page instructions. Air regularly, keep the product dry and redistribute the filling by hand when required. Washing instructions can differ by casing, filling and construction, so do not assume every product is machine washable.

Which surfaces are suitable?
Apply only to a clean, dry, smooth and properly cured surface. Avoid damp, dusty, textured, flaking or uneven walls. Test a small hidden area first, particularly on painted or delicate surfaces.
How should I prepare and install it?
- Measure the wall and compare it with the roll coverage stated on the product page.
- Clean the surface and allow it to dry fully. Follow the paint manufacturer's curing guidance for newly painted walls.
- Plan pattern direction and matching before cutting.
- Peel back a small section, align carefully and smooth gradually while removing the backing.
- Use a soft cloth or squeegee to press out trapped air without overstretching the material.
